每回来杭都住，性价比高，位置方便。这回来发现电梯刷卡功能直接成摆设了。还是要恢复刷卡功能才安全嘛！门童问候及帮推行李也是没有的，这几年来都没见有。这回是在前台请了位服务生帮送上去。早餐有三位年轻服务员一直在大声的聊天。写这么多是希望能改进一下，毕竟是老客人了，希望酒店越来越好，以后来杭还会考虑住这
