酒店虚假宣传，离西湖至少5公里以上打车20多元。停车超时收费不方便，而且酒店还在内部装修有点吵。房间也非常小，楼层挑高也低。要不是同程预付肯定不会住的。非常不爽

标准间还可以，订的大床房不行，空调是坏的，外面一直很吵，隔音也不行，宝宝睡了一直被惊醒。

豪华标准间还挺好的，就是遇到了装修，不含早，周围没什么吃早餐的地方，这点比较麻烦～前台服务态度不是很好～有位前台女士很不耐烦～除此以外，房间还是不错的
