这家酒店特别差，前台服务员态度恶劣，那个姓田的所谓的经理态度更差，本来每个酒店一楼都有沙发可以坐，这家酒店没有！因为我们是来杭州招聘的，所以只能让学生站着，我们本来就表示很抱歉，结果那位姓田的要把我们赶下去。还自称人文酒店，我呸！你们简直就是侮辱了“人文”这两个字！

旁边就是浙大，离西湖也不算远，设施也感觉比隔壁三星的连锁好点，早饭比较简单，就旅游住一下还是推荐的，就是前台忙不过来就不爱搭理人，然后办事效率也低了，让多给个牙刷结果没人来给，小细节注意点好吗？！
