我定的是大床房，结果到房间一看，是标间，后来，问总台，总台回答搞错了……怎么可能呀？大床房和标间完全不一样。我个人觉得总台服务人员服务水平和诚信有问题。诚信对于这家酒店的服务人员非常淡化了。下次不建议入住该酒店
