第一间烟味很重，没有大灯，换房后烟味稍轻，但空调不给力，不是特别好。第二天退房服务不给力，一个弄到一半就打电话不继续办理了，叫人替上。个人觉得价格偏高

很不错的酒店 早餐相当丰富 我住6楼老客房 隔壁几间房间刚装修完 门开着散味道 进去看了看 新装修的房间相当不错 下次来杭州还会入住
