入住前就收到酒店确认电话，这点做得不错，有地下停车库车位充裕，表扬前台人员入住及退房手续都很快，各方面都可以，比较干净整洁。酒店看得出新装修过但有些细节还是可以看出毕竟20年的老字号酒店，房间干净整洁，房间都有地毯这一点不是快捷酒店能比的，冬天踩在地毯上和踩在冰冷的地上还是有很大区别的，工作人员服务周到，交通便利，离西湖最多20分钟，离河坊街15分钟，湖滨银泰在酒店旁边坐55路三站直接到商场门口。闹中取静，静中又交通便利，离西湖和商业街非常近，打车也很好叫车。非常适合一家老小入住。如果累了不想出去去，直接百度外卖绿茶啊，新白鹿啊半个小时送达。酒店工作人员都非常NICE，离店后遗落东西，会主动联系并帮助快递处理后续问题，很棒，服务人员小彭很nice~

晚上服务员口气生硬。“不行的。没有的。”这种口吻就感觉不是做星级酒店的。我开个房间，还要受服务员的气，真TMD火大。我也想不通，服务员牛逼哄哄什么东西。

有免费停车场，环境很好，服务很好，地理位置不错。周边不堵车。夫妻俩带2娃住着挺好。床被我并起来了，小宝也不会掉下床。天气好，悠闲的步行到延安路，也不远，延安路再走几步就到西湖了。延安路打车回酒店也就起步价。公交车估计可能2站到西湖边吧。酒店配备设施也不错。有档次。房间布置清新有品味。

经常入住，会发现他家个别门童不是特别细心，当然不包括那位长得老外脸的服务生，他真的是属于细心周到的，打五星。地理位置好，周围有大超市还有小店
