回杭州已经凌晨，所以又定了酒店住一晚，酒店有单独接机服务很好，凌晨拿房迅速，考虑到了顾客疲惫的状态了，而且凌晨入住可以延迟到到16点退房很好。

带孩子出游因为是早班机提早定的酒店，酒店位置在商业广场，吃喝都比较方便，到机场15-20分钟。酒店比较新，装修味道还好，不属于很浓重，服务很好，房间隔音也很好，作为机场边上不会觉得噪音很大。

一直帮客人订假日酒店的有免费接机，客人反馈服务好，赶早班机的前台还提前准备了打包的早餐房间双层玻璃也不会觉得吵 ，性价比高

酒店还算可以，中间出现了小插曲，卫生间有遗漏未打扫干净的厕纸_前台处理不太满意，只是换了一个房间，但是作为国际连锁_第一反应应该是客房管家到房间里来解决问题_不是前台打个电话应付一下就OK了

夜里到达一大早出发，对周边一无所知。房间蛮舒适的。5:30的班车，前台打包了早餐，服务非常周到。就是早餐袋里没有餐巾纸，shuttle bus上也没有，我也没有，此处略有尴尬。
