这家酒店是杭州第一家全季酒店，虽然装修时间比较久了，但是设施齐全也不老旧，该有的设施都有。位置就在市中心，因为是处于居民区所以周围很安静，还有个很大的停车场。离西湖走路就15分钟，吃饭买东西也方便，离坐机场大巴的地方也就5分钟，总之非常方便。但是服务员态度需要提高改善。
