    悦榕庄住了很多家，三亚，马尔代夫，泰国等等都留下了很深刻的美好回忆，冲着品牌选的酒店，在杭州也算是最贵之一了，但这家却是我所体验过的悦榕庄中最差的，环境还说的过去，酒店的家具和用品档次太低了，花这个钱来度假的都是对品质有着相当高要求的消费者，希望西溪悦榕庄能够好好改善下，住的是双卧带按摩池的别墅套房，其中小的卧室那个坑人的床啊，舒不舒服放一边，那个床的四周都有木头边，而且床垫是卧在里面，床单一铺，总以为是个舒服的软床，往上猛的一躺，我这腿撞在木头边上撞的不轻，这次住了2晚我撞了2次，老婆撞了1次。第一天入住时候居然两个房间的马桶都溢水，恶心的我们一家啊，后来先是来叫人修，一看没法修好，就赶紧安排换了房，换房时孩子正在睡觉，服务人员还忘了把一开始准备的婴儿床提前准备好，酒店也没有表示下歉意，弄的我心情很不好。入住第二天被蚊虫叮咬了一片，回到家一周不见下，一片一片的小红点点，看了医生居然说是跳蚤咬的，虽然酒店送了驱蚊灯，可是跳蚤啊，你们想的到么？！再说说院子里的按摩池，仅仅是第一天入住时候还有点水温，第二天就没人管了，想泡泡也懒的叫服务了，我就说这家悦榕庄的服务太缺乏主动性了，服务人员总数被动着被顾客叫来叫去，我觉得悦榕庄这个品牌体验过的人都是会成为忠实顾客的，但是西溪悦榕庄做的真是砸了悦榕庄的招牌，8千多一晚的房费换来这样的体验，对我来说绝对是没有下次了。
