新开的酒店 设备不错 也很干净 边上就是钱塘江 走走逛逛很不错 商场也在边上 可以说是很方便了 可是 酒店入住前台什么都不告知 明明我定的含早餐 不给餐券 第二天早上电话前台 居然说我是不含餐的 也没有告诉我餐厅位置 明明我订房50最大的 可是却给我入住了普通的市景房 硬件上来说 没有问题 但是我感觉服务跟不上 这次的体验并不满意

首先虚假宣传，不可能有40平的面积，30都没有。其次连车位都不能保障，无论中午入住还是晚上入住。早餐自助餐简值令人崩溃，碗碟不干净。唯一的好处也就是位置稍微好点，临江靠近商场，仅此而已。

一线江景房，节假日人太多吧下午1点多到房间还没打扫，这个可以理解，本人订的房间是有双早的，前台为啥不在登记的时候就把餐券给我，还要我第二天早上打电话询问而且自己下楼拿，还有登记完房卡没刷上又跑一趟，还有登记的时候这位前台小姐姐，能不能先帮我登完再接电话本人自驾几百公里过来，就想快点入住房间休息一下，结果吧唧吧唧一大推话，把我谅一旁，等的我那个急啊！
