服务很贴心，小哥哥和小姐姐都很热心。很喜欢那里，还是有一点不足的地方洗手池的水龙头不怎么好开了弄到洗手台上水；位置有点不好找，可以在路口放个牌子之类的；甜点和咖啡可以推出一些固定套餐或是季节限定(方便选择困难的人或第一次来不知道点什么的人）；还有马桶其实可以化成普通的就好(好用就行）。可能建议还不太成熟，还是希望别止越来越好，我还会再去的。

环境特别不错 房间还可以 拍照很好看 前台小哥哥小姐姐特别热情 服务也特别好 小院子晚上自己喝点小酒感觉也特别不错 晚上很安静 没有停车场 酒店距离西湖打车十几分钟很方便 早餐拍照很好看 一人份刚刚吃饱
