非常满意的一次住宿，环境很好，挺安全的，晚上睡觉还清静，离杭州火车站还近。旁边还有小吃店，非常方便，有一家粥面店，很干净，味道还不错，价位不贵。经常去吃。一共住了两天，第二天还去一个景点，前台还通融了2小时，下午14:30才回旅店拿行李，为我们这样出去旅游的人行方便，很是贴心。

酒店已经住了好几次了，地理位置，环境还可以，但是第二天我定团购的房间，到了酒店让我再交40现金，给携程打电话，携程售后让服务台接电话后，竟然也让我再交40块钱。这什么售后，什么服务，我从网上房费已经预付了，售后竟然无知到还让我再额外的交40块钱，还说酒店规矩，不住可以明天办理退费，从此以后再也不会在携程定机票跟酒店了。
