是我在杭州住的最不满意的酒店。看似挺大的酒店，房间灯光太暗，灯源太少，虽然是睡觉的不错，我不能一进房间就睡觉吧？拿个东西都摸黑；淋浴喷头劲头大的打在身上都疼，还不好调，洗脸盆龙头太过复杂，洗个脸还得开两个龙头调水温；我们带俩孩子入住，晚上大孩子喜欢单独一个被子，我就打电话叫送床被子来，客服说不好申请，还问我是不是要打地铺？我也是醉了，这么大的酒店怎么那么小心眼；最后是停车卡需要在前台刷一下才免费停，事先停车时又没告知，第二天我急着退房时才知道要刷卡（关键卡还在车上）我要从一楼到二楼乘货梯下去停车场拿卡再乘货梯到二楼换乘客梯去大堂刷停车卡，把我给忙的，耽误了好多时间。

5星级的酒店，1-7层是KTV、足疗、餐厅，可以说吃住玩乐都有了，酒店前面就是运河广场，视野超级开阔！特别是早餐比较丰富，不过一个人也吃不了那么多！
