垃圾不能在垃圾，平时态度就恶劣要死，退房的时候就是各种理由要求赔偿，一下说数据线没了，一下又说地毯上有烟头，各种理由要求赔偿，和我一起退房的另外一个房客和我也是遇到一样的情况，大家要注意，看到老实的，就赔偿了，这种欺诈行为要严肃有关部门处理，总台经理态度极其差差，一辈子不会住这家酒店
