非常失望，服务态度为0。亲子出行，在筛选了有室内游泳池的情况下选择了运河契弗利酒店，房价800，主要就是带宝宝玩耍和游泳。办理入住时，员工没有提及任何游泳池设备坏的情况，就收钱办入住。待我们再去前台咨询早餐情况和游泳池使用时间，告知今日设备坏，在修理，咨询明日是否能修好，说会通知我们。等我们晚上出去吃好饭回来，还是没有任何消息，我们再次咨询泳池情况，需要经理答复确切信息。经理就站在旁边，不出面，让员工答复我们，外包给供应商，供应商没修理好。内部管理问题是酒店的问题，其实客户无需知晓。但为什么信息不透明，一开始不告知，还一再不确认信息给客户，拖延和遮掩。。。服务意识为0，非常失望，不会再去
