很不错啊，每次来都住这，帮我们升级为套房，非常干净整洁，很大，周围也很方便，离西湖也近，出门一直走就行了

服务和设施都高质量的，房间非常温馨，有日式风格，大小的们都非常喜欢!位置也很方便，市中心，西湖近，性价比非常高，入住时还免费升级了，非常赞! 老公是外宾，提醒下入住的所有外宾无论大小都需要带护照登记。老公有一点建议，是浴帘半透明的。。。感觉有点囧，希望能换成不透明的 ^O^ 另外中央空调不好调温，27~28度感觉稍热。
