真的是最火的一次入住，网上定了以后到酒店非说满房没房间！我说网上订过的把信息给他们前台看可倒好根本不理我，后面我跟着预定成功的信息打电话过去酒店后面说他们不知道的?已经满房了没房间我说那我已经预定成功了?然后他们说就是没房间我说那没房间好我钱付了没房间就不能退我吗？他们说会和艺龙网联系的！那好吧我走，走到一半路已经定了歌德酒店了！他们又打电话说预定成功的不能取消那为什么我来的时候就说满房没房间没人理！又说预定好了的当时我真的火，我在酒店说了十分钟左右没有一个人理我，好歹我也花了1154定的这个房间隔壁万豪酒店都没这个贵，没办法万豪酒店满房！这些都算了不说了就这个服务态度，我真的重来没有这么火过！以后都不在艺龙定酒店了！在也不来这家酒店了。终于知道什么是花钱买罪受
