    订了两次桔子水晶滨江店，都是预定的榻榻米，但每次去都说没有房，要求加价升级房型，如果要求入住原房型需要等一小时以上，但明明在十几分钟前酒店打电话给我时我就明确表示即将到店，因为带着孩子也并不想当着孩子的面发生争论，还是尽快交了钱升级房型入住。其他方面都较为满意，硬件方便，楼下用餐也很便利。并赠送了孩子一个酒店玩偶，孩子很喜欢。

    刚开业装修味道极重，服务态度极差，电脑包放在大理石茶几上准备拿资料，茶几竟然面板断裂，一看纹路就不是新伤，酒店要求赔偿的理由是包不应该放茶几上，豆腐渣工程算消费者头上，认倒霉，没有精力去和他们理论，快被气死了，入住请慎重与小心！
