环境不错，交通便利，服务也很好，一开始住的一间房间的电视不好给换了一间。好评，但是！住的是商务大床房，房间内空调声音有点大，电视收看不了第一财经。厕所门口有高出来的门槛，晚上上厕所撞了两次，脚好疼。桌子有点窄（房间里就一张桌子），网线有点短，不好连电脑，如果连了网线，房间wifi就不能用，而且我的电脑输入wifi密码只能输入8位，酒店给的密码是9位的。两台电梯，有一台总觉得怪怪的。酒店推荐给不需要用电脑的旅客。

本来很喜欢桔子水晶这个品牌，但这次非常非常失望！设施看上去高大上，但实际上房间里的操控面板是失灵的，窗帘折腾了半天合不上。早餐种类少得可怜，我办了会员告知可以半价，35元吃的还不如汉庭如家，也是醉了。这都不重要，如果没有服务员的态度问题，本来不打算来评论吐槽的！话说住在这里的旅客我觉得90%以上都为了赶火车方便吧，可是，早上在前台结个账居然结了20分钟，而且是在我把房费提前支付给艺龙的情况下！押金预授权的撤销要不是在我反复提醒督促下不情愿的完成了，还不知要拖到何时解决！服务员自己搞不清发票情况，早餐和房费发票都开给我了，一位看起来像领班的员工说弄错了，不应该给我开发票，让我退还，我觉得可以，但前提是得把我押金预授权撤销掉，这不过分吧！居然态度非常恶劣的说什么不撤销也得还发票，说我没有主动说清楚！我早上就说了退房，开发票，有错吗？房费发票要找艺龙开可以直说啊，早餐发票应该开的，我也没欺骗谁啊！投诉这位男服务员！自己教不好新员工还要训斥客人，没见过这样做生意的！黑店一家，除了离火车站近点，没其他了！
