酒店位置很好，一面临湖，一面临南山路，交通方便，订的精品双床，入住说是升级给了中楼三楼，有个小阳台，阳台有些蜘蛛网，房间空间不是很大，卫生间没有排气扇，只住一晚就没有去询问了，游船不错，有讲解，在外面一览风景无余，酒店大堂很有民国风范，餐厅完全临湖，用餐心情愉悦，寄存行李的服务很好，有主动帮忙拿进取出，还贴心询问是否需要帮忙送到出发处

酒店就在西湖边，环境没得说，工作人员非常热情，服务也很到位。房间虽然不大，但很温馨很舒服。还可以参加酒店自己的游船免费游西湖，心情棒棒哒。愉快的一次体验，有机会还会入住。
