早上出门，中午十一点半左右回酒店打算退房，到房间收拾行李发现已经打扫过了，而且袜子内衣裤被酒店人员扔掉，我的我明明还没有去前台退房，就有保洁人员刷卡进入房间。这就是你们多瑙河酒店😊

地理位置比较好，离西湖比较近，附近还有胡雪岩故居，清河坊，游玩方便。客房卫生一般，设施也一般，洗澡水很热，非常舒服。电视不能看，数据线坏了，找了前台修好又坏了。
