6星的标准，位置好，楼体气派，大堂装修有中式风格，服务人员专业有素，待客热情。自费升级了江景房，值，多出了一个观景阳台，正观宽阔的钱塘江和对面的G20峰会主会场，近处楼下是CBD公园，又有一种世界尽在掌握的感觉。房间面积大大，有分隔的卫生间、衣帽间和门厅，布局合理，属江南鱼米富庶之乡的内装设计，很温馨、很儒雅，床的舒适度相当高，最有特色的是铜质的八角仿古面盆和我见过所有酒店中最大的毛巾。早餐在中餐厅，中式的品种稍少了点儿，有的还不好取餐，口味还可以，服务不错。还有，地下泳池相当赞。
