总体感觉来说，4星太夸张，2星半左右的酒店吧……相比同时有些老旧的北京4星金台，差别很大，更别说和普通四星相比了。因为订的匆忙，大多数的都客满了，就订了这家，想是好歹算是四星，因该不会太差。当天意外没带身份证，身份证复印件、高铁处办的临时身份证都没用，和前台沟通，说是必须要两人的身份证，否则无法入住，后找同程，说是可以让宾馆的人陪同去警局开证明，前台又说没人可以带，只能再找同程客服，最后是一位经理？带去开证明，拖了近40分钟才入住。另外，宾馆的基本设施陈旧，没有Wi-Fi，没做无烟处理，有股烟味，没瓶装矿泉水可以饮用，靠马路边的噪音较大，到凌晨1点左右才安静一些，早餐还行，品种不多，薯饼挺好吃的，肉包里是碎肉，菜包还行，因为去的晚，几乎没什么吃的了，喝了点粥就收拾收拾去西湖钱塘江逛了一圈回上海了。

酒店位置很好 距地铁站就一站公交，酒店下100米内就有公交站，酒店距西湖和火车站都很近，出行方便！

酒店真的很旧，先不说房间的床和浴缸，光大厅的那个沙发又破又脏，感觉老板又想做了。去之前问了停车5元每次，到后10元每次，小孩早餐还要另什15元，而且态度不是很好，性价比不高，中评吧！

房内设施比较旧，因为是中央空调，温度无法自己控制，无免费矿泉水，不方便。安检倒是比较严格，好几道的确认。
