经常入住套房，房间大、设施新；也很喜欢龙吟小厨，不大但精致，环境安静，味道不错。客房服务啥的都不错。但是，但是，但是！（重要的事情说三遍）前台服务严重影响心情，首先从心理上是把客人当外人防着，要张停车券，说你不是拿过了吗；要再加个房卡，说不是已经有了吗；常客不仅没有更加好的服务，要换个楼层、房型这种事感觉都是求着来的；某次拿的房价便宜更是怀疑地要我拿短信看。我靠！要不是儿子非得来，真不愿意花钱买气受。希望酒店管理层好好重视！这是我点评最多字的一次，因为感受太强烈！

硬件设备完善且优质 一应俱全 写字台正对江景 视野不错 遗憾健身房和泳池在升级装修暂不能使用 硬件上唯独空调声音略大 服务人员耐心热情 整体感觉很好！
