房间太老旧，而且很脏，窗帘上有血迹，屋内烟味很大，吸烟房和无烟房不分。
服务态度不冷不热，客人下车后，门童不知道上前去帮助搬行李。以后不会再住。

地理位置很好。开始前台把房间搞错了，窗子开在回型楼内侧，感觉很糟。后来换的一间不错，房间一角能看见西湖，也很安静，推荐一下~

的确是老4星级，价位不低，服务还可以，就是设施比较陈旧。位置的确离西湖天地非常近，出去走几分钟就到了，也很安静。当初是朝着离西湖近及安静去的，后来其实发现西湖天地到真正西湖还有一段距离的，住其他地方打个车去到里面也不远。
