很差的酒店·硬件太差·地板都是拱起的··踩上去吱吱响··洗手盆是裂的·淋浴房连门都没有！·隔音真的无语··隔壁房间早上5点就在看电视··听得一清二楚···早几年来住的感觉完全不一样··

房间干净卫生，位置也还不错，服务态度也挺好，就是隔音效果差了一点！总之还是性价比很高的酒店吧！

连住了两天，感觉还行吧，地理位置很好的，出行及吃东西方便，不过东西有点旧了，电视机要是可以的话该换换了有点晃眼睛，浴室的地漏不知道是不是有点小，洗澡的时候没一会的功夫就全是水，下不去，要好一阵子才能下去，不过服务态度还是很好的！

这次入住的怡莱酒店地段非常好，到西湖或到杭州城站都有直达车，就几站路的车程，酒店服务很热情，酒店的各种设施整洁舒适，退房时间是１４：００，也很方便我们出行 ，总之，我们非常满意，是出差旅行的首选
