环境还有设施设备什么的我就不说了，大家都已经发了这么多图，我在该酒店订了三个房间，一个套间先退房的，走的急一双鞋落在了房间，打扫卫生的阿姨知道隔壁两个房间是我朋友就帮我放在了隔壁房间，然后由我朋友退房时交由前台保管，并填写了收件人信息及存件人信息一式两联，后来我打电话给酒店，酒店也确认了有的，后来再去取鞋时该酒店告知鞋子已被取走，我的朋友当天都已离开杭州，家人更是未来帮忙取过，酒店一口咬定该鞋已被取走，要求提供取件人信息酒店又无法提供，任何记录都没有，后来沟通数次酒店完全推脱责任，没有任何处理结果，以前出去旅游住的小宾馆都比这服务靠谱，望大家引以为鉴。
