酒店的位置很好，距离地铁站很近，搭乘1号与2号线都很方便，距离西湖景区也很近，机能良好。
但房间略嫌狭小，设备也有点陈旧，另外，早餐的内容也是差强人意，有点可惜.......

位置很好，距离商场和西湖都很方便，交通便利，就在地铁口对面。床够大，房间也很干净，最好的是早餐不错。

位置很方便，地铁口出来50米就到了。步行到西湖大约十分钟。酒店大堂设在10F，进门要先去10F办理入住手续。各方面细节做的也很到位，早餐也丰富。唯一美中不足不知道是不是房间水管锈了，浴缸放水出来都是黄色的。

位置好，出了地铁就到，可步行到西湖。服务和设施可以，早餐品种多，味道挺好。可能入住人多，我们的房间才空出来，卫生打扫不够到位。性价比四颗星。

酒店大堂在10楼，餐厅在3楼，地铁1号线B出口凤起路左转100米到。出了中央空调有旅客反映大冷给关闭了，其余十分方便。出酒店大门右转直走930米到西湖边，白堤的位置。
