游玩杭州乐园和烂苹果乐园的首选酒店。但节假日酒店周边交通拥堵，噪音很大。
酒店的餐食水平有待提高，由于酒店不提供叫车服务，周边的出租车都是挑活儿、议价。

10月6日下午三点到达酒店，前台说房间还未收拾好，近4点才入住房间，整体一般，距离5星级标准差不少。烂苹果乐园整体管理水平还有待于提高，可能是黄金周游客多的原因？反正我是不会去第二次了！

酒店位于景区，烂苹果，杭州乐园出酒店就是，方便的不要不要；我在check in的时候就表示我带6个月小宝宝出来，也没想到一定要无烟房（我想全民控烟，房间不会再有烟味），哪知刚到客房楼层就一股烟味，房间里烟味也很大；再说卫生，床边有口香糖，不辛踩到真是恶心；酒店服务还是不错的，我一说地毯脏就有服务员上门，后来实在弄不干净怕我踩到就把床推到墙壁，把脏的地方挡住；我被虫子咬了，还免费提供了风油精。还帮小朋友准备了小拖鞋。
