入住的时候前台说特惠房要0点入住，订的时候没有体现，一间房加收了100元。住了两天，房间没有打扫，垃圾没倒，毛巾没换，服务很一般。

跟女朋友一起住的，刚好跨年夜给我们一次很意外的惊喜，客服非常热情，亲切，给我们免费送一碗汤圆跨年羹，美味可口，在异乡跨年不仅体验一下民俗风情，还让我们感到家的温暖，第一次写这么多字的评论，但写多少都不能描述我们这次旅行，这个酒店给我们带来的surprise，房间豪华精致，是我们在杭州住过的最好的房间，下次还会去住，真的很喜欢💖，而且价位也不贵，花了普通价钱住了五星级的体验
