应该算是硬件条件比较好的酒店之一了，酒店设施不错有点单身公寓的味道，比较适合家庭或者出长差的朋友，豪华双床的床很大一张1.8米的大床和一张1.5米的大床。出行方便，离西湖景区也不远。
价格相对来说性价比高，床很舒服，房间整体装修风格也很满意。

环境不错，房间很清爽，干净，大床很舒服，应该属于酒店式公寓，房间给人感觉很舒服，主要是空间大，设施也还不错。还有一些厨卫设施，可以自己做饭，比较好。总体上比较干净。还有洗衣机，楼下好美食的菜味道不错，推荐一下。

强烈不推荐这家旅馆，理由如下：1.名为公寓式酒店，实质就是一家庭旅馆，服务为零；2.位置偏僻，不好找，出门交通不便；3.消费不便，周边3公里没有吃早餐的地方；4.房间有异味，据说酒店请了一名清洁工，但房间内的用品都脏兮兮的；5.前台服务态度不好，爱答不理的。

非常失望的入住经验。1）总台简单但不应该邋遢零乱 2）知道是双人入住还只给配一套毛巾 3）大热天服务员过来给调个炙热。
