房间比较小。略拥挤。服务员没有给新的肥皂和沐浴露，洗澡没有沐浴露用。跟前台再拿一个手提袋也没有。床头柜和桌子上有灰。电吹风出风很小，非常难用。酒店的便利店一瓶外面卖3块钱的农夫山泉大瓶要价15，5块钱的昆仑山卖25。后来就穿过两个红绿灯去万通中心的便利店买，正常价格。酒店离京杭大运河很近，晚上散步或者白天逛博物馆都很方便。离西湖和灵隐寺比较远，出行全靠滴滴。
