总体还不错，客房服务员很有心，开业床用毛巾叠的小动物趴在床上，很可爱😊但是入住和退房都要到25楼，而且前台人员效率比较低。

酒店位置优越，处于武林广场，餐饮外出都比较方便，感谢楼层的麻秀琴阿姨为我们提供的服务，酒店早餐只能算中规中矩，但房间面积稍小，还是比较值得推荐的。

总体来说还是不错的，房间干净，服务也很好，有四星水平了，毕竟价格比一些传统五星低不少，所以性价比还是很高的。有些小意见：酒店大堂在25 楼不方便，而且一楼应该放些供人休息的椅子比较好。虽有点不方便之处，但总体满意，还是给全五星吧!

地理位置在延安路上，武林广场附近，地铁1号线在武林广场下走过去10分钟，很近，酒店设施可以，9层服务员还赠送眼镜布和小扎头绳，比较热情，可以推荐。
