酒店住的很好，之前住过萧山开元，都很好，交通方便，旁边商店也多，过来出差很方便，离西湖地铁就到了，很近，大堂副理方雅服务好，前台小宇也很热情，下次还来，

The Hotel hardware is excellent, but the software system is bad. When my train was late, I call the Hotel to keep my reservation and give them my credit number for the reservation, the Hotel told me that they can accept only Chinese cell phone payment systems and not credit card number through the phone system. Then I have to call my Chinese friend to do so. If I can't do so, they want to cancel my reservation.
