想不到萧山的雷迪森五星酒店那么差劲！酒店服务、卫生状况令人担忧！早上7点钟闹钟把我吵醒了，估计是前一个客人的闹铃没复位；准备洗漱竟然没牙刷，只好打电话叫送！又在化妆镜上发现一块用过的一次性毛巾挂着；后来又看到床上有根长头发（本人男性、是板寸头），估计被罩没换，顿时大失所望。退房时投诉，出来个经理模样的女士竟然说毛巾是须后巾，堂堂的五星级酒店竟然用这种一次性的毛巾作须后巾，大家仔细看日期（2014年），2014年啊！一次性的毛巾竟然还用了4年！！！顿时恶心了一地！算了，改成快捷酒店得了，估计快捷的毛巾也不会用4年！后来送了我一个小礼品了事，是个黑色的小尼龙包。我也没功夫搭理他们这种品质的服务人员！萧山雷迪森真心对不起五星这个品牌！无论服务和卫生比不上开元名都或是金马，谁住谁后悔！
