酒店总得来说只能是个一般宾馆而已,卫生就不谈了,一进门就发现桌上,面盆上到处是头发,窗台是一层的灰,打了电话要求换房间.前台说:其他房间也是一样的!地上地毯那个脏啊,郁闷的是,我们从一楼爬到三楼,没有电梯,网上说送矿泉水和凉茶都没有,问了说送完了,还好第二天给找了两部自行车给我们骑.早餐很简单,味道不咋的,门口有个土菜馆,味道还行吧,肉制品都是腌制过的,只能凑合着吃吧!总得来说不是很满意!

酒店很安静，原来是一个疗养院来着，后来改成了酒店，里面绿化相当好，停车位很多，适合带老人和孩子的家庭以及情侣入住。br前台在路口，不是很起眼，但是房间都坐落于丛林中，感觉很舒服。br吃饭很方便，旁边有一家土家馆子，做的饭很地道，附近很多居民都过来吃，价格稍高。br出门左拐有很多饭店，有多种选择。

环境比较幽静，院子里停车比较方便。到西溪湿地公园和“外婆家”联合大厦分店很近，到西湖需要穿过灵溪隧道。出门走天目山路向西不远就是高速入口，房间比较干净。只是5层楼都没有没有电梯。

宾馆周围环境非常不错，空气清新，离西溪很近，缺陷就是宾馆内部设施有点陈旧。

这是很差劲的店，第一天入住188元，第二天续住打出来的单也是按188元算，第三天早上离店按268元算，就是欺负我不是本地人，提醒其他旅客住店一定不敢住这中店。
