酒店停车不好停，感觉服务有点差，送客人到门口，酒店保安就是不让停，一个劲问那个房间，我刚到酒店都没有去前台登记何来房间号，要不是房费提前付了，肯定会果断离开换家酒店入住，反正这次感觉这个酒店服务太差太差，完全配不上四星的标准，最后让我去停车场，等我车子到门口了，又不给我开停车场道闸，彻底是一个垃圾酒店的服务标准

已经是第二次入住了，以前蜜月和老公住过一次，这次带孩子去的。酒店设施齐全，服务很好，早餐也不错，距离西湖很近，步行就可以。这次去住的晚，没来得及拍照。很好的入住体验，推荐！

在杭州住了那么多酒店，这个酒店最不好，前台服务特别不好，我在网上预定的，因为手机没电了，订单看不到，然后前台说没我这个人，不闻不问，到后面我冲好电，把订单给她看，才去帮我查，
