酒店位置非常好，交通便利，饮食购物方便，最著名的旅游景点——西湖近在咫尺。
酒店服务人员个个都态度亲切友好，服务热情，尤其是余佩云、王梦云、小张、小何、小刘、小黄等人。
除此之外，酒店价格合理，值得选择。

节后错峰与家人来杭度假，选择了海华大酒店。酒店在市中心繁华地段，离西湖也就二三百米。走走过去非常方便，门口公交就能直达西湖边主要景点。非常方便，前台办理入住很迅速房间还给免费生了级，房间内干净舒适。入住期间因为天气不太好，吃饭也不愿去外面了。酒店海华阁中餐厅直接搞定，地道的杭州味儿，给个赞！退房还有曲奇饼干送，小朋友很喜欢，感觉非常好。值得推荐！

原本早上6点多到酒店 在艺龙订的房间在酒店的系统里面还没显示出来 由于一家人出来 带了很多行李 酒店先帮忙安排入住了 本以为要付两份钱 最后酒店确认了艺龙的订单 只收一次钱 非常感谢酒店人员的用心和理解 谢谢！
