位置不错，环境很好，平常去的话交通很方便的，订的行政大床，入住给升级了行政但我是5.1，进入西湖景区到酒店非常堵！并且景区有车牌单双号限行。酒店在山坡上，每次都是像爬山，8号楼3层没有电梯也累人，不足之处酒店没有电动车接送。酒店早餐算是正常，偶有一两种食物做的不好。

本人是喜欢山里空气清新才选这家酒店的，酒店在山坡上环境真的不错交通也方便有停车场，往左去龙井茶园九溪十八涧，往右儿童乐园动物园虎跑。早餐还行中式的多适合大多数人的胃，喜欢西式早餐朋友可能觉得品种少点。酒店餐厅的西湖醋鱼味道不达标哦

酒店环境真的可以，依山而建，环境清幽，而且性价比比较高，已经是第二次入住了。网上定的是豪华大床房，当时给我们开了一间行政标间，后来打电话过去反映，立马给我们换了一间行政套房。房间内卫生也可以，而且可以给小朋友提供免费的小枕头，小浴袍，小拖鞋，玩具等等。就是隔音效果不是很好，隔壁房间拉柜门的声音一清二楚。早餐品种不是很多，不过胜在味道不错。总之景区能找到性价比如此高的酒店真的是很少，停车也非常方便，
