非常好，性价比超高，所有服务人员礼貌都很好，房间住着也很舒服。酒店的地理位置在杭州也很方便，去哪里都不远。这几天杭州热，基本办完事就在酒店里歇着，健身，游泳，设施稍微老一点，但服务态度非常好，很贴心。

超大停车场，交通很便利，自驾游可以考虑这里。房间高大上，前台特意温馨安排临河的房间，酒店内专门有一道门可以去河边游步道，非常人性化。自助餐厅生意很好，点心很诱人，小孩喜欢极了～

房间大，安静，还有空气净化器，早餐丰盛，饭后消食走路能到大运河。店内一楼的下午茶环境优美，格调高雅，还能看到一只粉棕色的小松鼠在窗边嬉戏，咖啡免费续杯，赖着就不想走了。

酒店位于高架桥干线路旁，交通位置好。距离西湖也不远，到机场半小时车程。房间设施齐全，卫生干净，早餐丰富。缺点就是周边几乎都是居民区，显得不热闹有点荒凉，另外房间台灯是坏的。推荐入住。
