首先很感谢前台服务员陈晓，这次来杭州也是因为跟这个服务员比较熟了才特意过来的，很用心，早就特意帮我留好了我喜欢的房间，房间有什么不知道摆放在哪里的，他下了班了也不厌其烦的回微信告知我，真的很感谢，下次还来

选择这家酒店的原因是第一眼被酒店名字吸引到了。来到酒店前台，女服务员陈晓女士非常阳光热情，服务很周到，考虑周全。上电梯要刷卡，这点挺好的。
