不开冷气！打电话给前台好几遍就是不开冷气！后来编理由说酒店住着好多人家反应冷气开着不舒服！ ？这种理由因为敢拿出来？温度开高点或者关掉空调不就好啦！大热天要热死人吗？ 酒店经理真的很蠢！怪不得其他几家汉高 要分离出去！你拉低了汉高的品质

酒店不错，整体还挺好，预定的早价格便宜，相对预定的价格性价比很好。设施齐全到教陈旧了，前台女客服很好很不错，但男客服很敷衍，酒店电视有问题 我打了4个电话 每次都说马上解决 最后他的马上差不多50分钟 真不明白你说忙大概半小时之后或者更晚也可以 ，非得应付这样很好嘛。。

性价比较低的精品酒店，设施陈旧，房间垃圾桶也没清理，开关漏电并且有水汽，淋浴房漏水，护理包是用剩下的....

本来没抱很大希望，没想到意外之喜，酒店位置很好闹中取静，中式风格干净惬意，刚到酒店，前台小胡甜甜的跟你说话问你需求，知道我要住两三天，免费帮我升级了一个房间，真的感觉比旁边的银江和五洋有种更温馨回家的感觉
