空调性能不怎么好,没多少时间,房间特干燥,
住了那么多宾馆,第一次遇到那么干燥,
被子和床单质量有问题,睡了,,皮肤特痒,
也头一次遇到,希望硬件方面完善点.

1： 酒店位置差，很难打到出租车
2： 房间设施还算新，但毛巾浴巾特别脏

以前叫《万好万家》时住过。除了偏僻一点外，感觉还不错。这次又去，在办好入住手续后被告知房间正在打扫，10分钟内就可入住。但一直等了近30分钟，仍无法入住，且不给另换房间。在强烈要求见负责人的情况下才勉强给另调整了房间。此种服务态度，实在不敢恭维。以后肯定是不会再去住了。

酒店的房间的很舒适的,有家的感觉的,酒店的位置不错有直接去西湖的车,服务卫生以及房间的设施都还不错的,性价比不错的酒店
