凌晨等了两个小时的接送机，司机和前台一直套路说等十分钟，结果等了两个小时，第一次来杭州搞得对整个华东地区都有心理阴影了，既然不能说到就到，知会一声我打个的也好啊，总之信誉不行。我平常都是不点评的，希望对你们有所帮助。酒店本身环境不错，也很干净。
