是一家新开的酒店，走进大堂就感觉酒店的格调很好，让人很舒心，订了一间亲子房，到房间开门的瞬间真的是很惊喜到我跟宝宝了，小朋友需要用的东西都配置的很齐全，很是满意，酒店的服务人员的态度也很棒，周到细致。

服务特别好，进到大厅还主动帮忙提了行李。早餐有点小贵不过品种超多的，还是挺值的，上午去断桥看了人头，下午去了灵隐非常方便，性价比很高，西溪湿地也在酒店边上下次来玩还会选择的，给个赞吧👍

酒店人员服务确实热情，CHECK IN 速度很快，还免费给我们升级了行政房，房间好大还有阳台😄早餐很丰盛，退房还给我们送了小礼物很贴心，必须推荐朋友来住[呲牙]

太老了，设施陈旧，服务意识差，到处都是霉臭味，一开始的房间全都是烟味，换了个房间还是没窗帘的，一大早就被阳光凉醒。电视竟然是模拟台，连数字电视都没有。总之是无力吐槽，价格也不便宜，再也不会住，也不推荐
