位于西溪湿地的东南角，旁边有喜来登和悦榕庄。距离杭州西站步行10分钟，酒店出去就有外婆家和星巴克。选择入住这家酒店的话普通房间就行了，阳台间意义不大，天热有蚊虫，天冷又太冷，关键是看不到啥景观，酒店最高才3层。

这个酒店地理位置很不错，离西溪湿地很近，酒店前台开介绍信就可以到游客中心买票了，门票+船票 120/人，电瓶车￥5/次。入住的房间床头两个充电口，坏了一个，吹风机机身比较脏，而且在洗手台的充电口用不了，房间其他地方没有试，不知道在别的地方能不能用。胶囊咖啡机上面落灰而且有些粘手，本来早上想喝个咖啡，最后也嫌脏没有用。洗浴用品这些是欧舒丹，这点还不错。床大，软，睡起来还可以。房间并不像网站上的图片那样有风景，阳台正对的是建筑。性价比不高的酒店。办理入住以及退房时前台员工并没有微笑，虽然回答了我的一些问题，但是态度一般，没有微笑。
