不错的酒店，服务热情，主动询问住宿体验，还问要不要叫早和提供叫车服务；泳池也不错！离开万象城大概10分钟路程，很方便，早餐也不错！

酒店位置较好，交通比较便利。酒店大堂简单大方，但服务台有些小。酒店房间比较大，干净整洁舒适，像是酒店式公寓那种，配有厨房设备，例如锅碗瓢盆，微波炉冰箱燃气灶，可以自己做饭，还有全自动洗衣机可以自己洗衣服，非常方便。房间内陈设较好，网络有无线和有线，较稳定较快。卫生间很干净，但是略小，坐浴淋浴分开，水大而且很热。但卧室通往盥洗室没门，和客厅间的门无法关上，很不符合生活习惯。

酒店的位置在江干区文体中心附近，往西就是钱塘江了，距离万象城也很近，吃饭购物都非常方便，属于闹中取静。硬件和卫生也都不错，餐厅中午和晚上人都不多，估计都去万象城就餐了，其实那里的部分自助餐还是不错的，性价比很高。早餐也还可以。停车也非常方便。以后再来杭州还会考虑。
