酒店位置其实不远 因为是快十二点办理入住 到火车站给酒店打个电话确认房间 结果客服小哥哥特别耐心的讲解步行的路线 连走再找十分钟 妥妥 到了之后前面还有别的人办理入住 等了五分钟也算是很快速了 办理入住告知直接升级房型 普标变高标 一开始只是临时准备落脚住一晚 结果体验感不要太好 算是住过的同级里面最好的了 点赞 下次外出会优选假日

酒店离杭州东站七分钟走不到，要十分钟，周围餐饮选择多多，早餐丰富多彩，设施齐全，房间较新。服务态度非常好，免费给升级到套房，非常感谢。

从杭州火车东站步行至酒店，大约十分钟。酒店在西子国际mall的C座，Mall里有超市，便利店和多间餐厅及购物小店。去地铁彭埠站C出口不到十分钟。
前台和清洁阿姨挺热情。
酒店较新，房间和浴间较大。有一张双人小沙发，一张办公椅和一张软垫凳，很多酒店房间都没有这么多座位，得赞一下。
电吹风是挂在浴室墙上那种。沐浴露洗发水润发素三合一。
房间没有什么问题，比较尴尬的是浴室与房间间隔的一块玻璃，比较透。
