硬件还行，服务一般，进门发现床上有根很恶心的毛。。打电话给前台说被子脏要求换，从前台到保洁没一句歉意。尤其是保洁，拿错枕套说要去换，拿回来门都没敲自己就开门进来了。这个服务真是醉了，洗手间有牌子提示毛巾两天一换，不得不怀疑床单被套是否也两天一换，问保洁，嗯嗯啊啊的也没说清楚。。卫生状况堪忧，早餐不错。
