酒店地理位置不错，门口有几个停车位，不过国庆出游人多，去的晚停不到。不过附近街沿上都划有停车停，可以停，酒店斜对面有个停车场18:00-次日8:00免费停车，其他时间首小时2元，后面是1元/小时，还是很方便的。因为订的特价房没早餐，就在酒店楼下的早餐店里吃，4个人才花了30，吃的选择性也多。晚餐吃的是酒店前台推荐的胖子大排档，没开车，在酒店门口坐了公交车，6站下车就到了，就在路对面很好找，好吃不贵。

房间很干净，服务很贴心，晚上到的比较迟还送了小点心，完全符合舒适型酒店的风格，而且吃夜宵方便，酒店后面一排全部都是饭店，都是建德当地口味，美女店长推荐的很有名的豆腐包美味极了。
这个价格住起来还比较合适。旁边就是新华书店，门口有不少停车位。
